I am Julianne- nurse, online coach, mum and wife!
I gave birth to Jackson Thomas via emergency c-section in 2021 with multiple complications postpartum. I felt vulnerable and alone in my journey with nutrition and exercise from non-pregnant to postpartum, and I wanted to change this for women- just like the women featured to the LEFT!
As a result, I became a certified pre and postnatal coach in 2022. I specialise in providing customised advice, guidance and support to ALL women and CHANGE their journey to a positive and healthy one..see more on the ‘About’ page..
