about me

I am Julianne- nurse, online health and fitness coach, pre and postnatal specialist and pain specialist. 

I gave birth to Jackson Thomas via emergency c-section in 2021 with multiple complications postpartum. I felt the vulnerability and isolation so many women speak to me about- in my own journey with nutrition and exercise from non-pregnant to postpartum, and I worked tirelessly to develop results that work for women and streamline their success! 

I became a certified pre and postnatal coach in 2022. I specialise in providing customised plans based on customised individuals as everyone has their own unique lifestyle, struggles and goals!
